Sony has revealed some interesting details about its upcoming E3 press conference. This year the gaming company is planning to stream the event on the silver screen. On June 9, fans in the U.S. and Canada can experience the E3 press conference on a massive screen in more than 40 movie theaters.

According to the Sony PlayStation blog fans not only see the conference but get extra goodies as well.

"Join us and host Geoff Keighley for the PlayStation E3 Experience, featuring an HD simulcast of the PlayStation E3 Press Conference. Attendees will also see 30 minutes of extra content, including exclusive extended game footage and interviews with the world’s biggest game developers. And hey, if you show up, we might even cough up a few surprise gifts."

However, if you cannot make the conference there is still the option to stream it via your computer or mobile device. If you are interested in attending the press conference, visit the site here to RSVP. Keep in mind space is limited, but the event is free. So check it out before it's too late.
