FX will air an all-new episode of "Sons of Anarchy" tonight at 10pm ET. In tonight's episode titled "Mad King" we see Jax is about to go off the deep end in order to protect his club. Jax has always wanted to get his club out of the gun running business. Now that four children have been killed in a shooting where the killer used a gun SAMCRO sold, Jax is even more determined to break his ties with the Irish and get his club into more legitimate business. What could be more legitimate than say an escort service?
The Irish are not too happy about Jax's new plan and are looking to keep doing business with SAMCRO. In an attempt to show SOA and Jax that they are in this business for life the Irish kill two members of the Sons of Anarchy. You can imagine that this does not sit well with Jax and now he wants not only to get out of guns but revenge for his fallen members. In the promo for tonight's episode we see Jax causing some mayhem in an attempt to find the Irish suppliers Galen and Connor.
In tonight's episode Jax attacks some one in an effort to find the Irish. We see Jax run head on, grabbing a man and slamming him into a table with a gun to his head. Jax demands to know where Galen and Connor have gone. Since the beginning of the season Chibs has worried about the direction in which Jax has taken the club. Chibs doesn't agree with what Jax is doing and reminds the president that the SOA is not just Jax's club. Jax responds by telling Chibs that the SOA may not be anybody's club much longer.
All season "Sons of Anarchy" has been hinting at the possible destruction of SAMCRO. Bobby has gone nomad, Jax was willing to give Tig over for execution, only Juice and Gemma know that Jax has set up Clay for a murder Clay did not commit and the rest of SAMCRO is struggling to keep up with what Jax is planning for their club. With next year's season seven possibly being the finale season could we see SAMCRO self-destruct in season six?
Other goings on in the "Sons of Anarchy" world include Tara's plans to divorce Jax and get her sons out of Charming. Wendy has popped back up again and told Gemma a bogus story about being attacked. Tara wants Wendy as her boys' guardian if she goes back to jail and both Otto and the federal marshal that has been stalking the club are dead. In tonight's episode we see Gemma go talk to Clay in order to get him to speak with the Irish about getting out of guns.
In "The Mad King" we see Jax make some difficult decisions as well as the rest of the cast struggle with the aftermath of Torric's death and the effect it will have on SAMCRO's future. The cast of "Sons of Anarchy" includes Charlie Hunnam (Jax), Katey Sagal (Gemma), Maggie Siff (Tara), Kim Coates (Tig), Theo Rossi (Juice), Ron Pearlman (Clay), Tommy Flanagan (Chibs), Drea de Matteo (Wendy) and Jimmy Smits (Nero).
