Is Selena Gomez single and ready to mingle? The “Good For You” singer was photographed holding hands with Gigi Hadid’s friend, Samuel Krost, earlier this week at Cipriani’s in New York City and looking at the images, one can easily assume they were on a date.

However, when the cameras of E! asked the 23-year-old about her alleged new beau on Tuesday night during the 2015 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Red Carpet, she simply replied with, “I’m definitely single,” and admitted she was currently playing the field “a little bit.”

The shocker came later that night, when Gomez was spotted again next to Krost. According to sources, the non-couple was seen heading into the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show after-party as the runway wrapped and the singer finished up on the red carpet.

Well, you know what they say “an image is worth more than a thousand words” and sooner or later we’ll find out if these two are just friends, or if something is definitely brewing here.
