British comedian and actor Russell Brand appeared on a segment of "Morning Joe" and quickly took over the interview which can only be described as awkward yet enlightening. The "Morning Joe" anchors seemed to have no clue why Brand was on their show and asked him question after ridiculous question until Brand finally had enough.

The video of Russell Brand hijacking his "Morning Joe" interview has been working its way across the Internet and has many giving props to the funny Brit for teaching the anchors a thing or two about manners.

Just to clarify for those of you who may have been as confused as the "Morning Joe" anchors as to why Russell Brand was on their show, he was there to promote an upcoming comedy tour called "The Messiah Complex."

Brand's tour will begin in the Middle East and makes its way to the United States and Great Britain.

While trying to explain this to the "Morning Joe" anchors the interview derailed and Brand became annoyed with the direction it was going. The "Morning Joe" anchors were pretty obvious with their snide remarks toward Brand that they do not take him seriously. Keeping his cool and with no shortage of charm Brand was able to turn the table on the anchors and make them as visibly uncomfortable as he must have been feeling.

Brand reminded the anchors of a few simple rules when it comes to manners. First off, don't refer to a person sitting right next to you as "he" or "him." Instead use the person's full name.

"Thank you for your casual objectification." Brand said to one of the hosts that referred to him in the third person. "You're talking about me as if I'm not hear and as if I'm an extraterrestrial."

Having had just about enough Brand took control of the show and fired back at the anchors asking them, "Is this what you all do for a living?"

Later on Brand says, "These people I'm sure are typically very good at their jobs. You're conveying news to the people of America? People of America we're going to be okay."

Brand concluded his segment by grabbing hold of the show's copy and trying his hand as a reporter for "Morning Joe."
