Romeo Santos, self-proclaimed king of bachata, is gearing up to release his highly-anticipated “Formula, Vol. 2,” and he has called in some heavy hitters to feature on the album. It has been revealed that both Young Money rappers Nicki Minaj and Drake will be featured on the LP. Also revealed to be featured on “Formula, Vol. 2” is Marc Anthony, Carlos Santana, Tego Calderon and comedian Kevin Hart. “Formula, Vol 2” is set to go on sale Feb. 25.
There have been lots of teases for the upcoming LP like the promo trailer which features Santos talking about the upcoming LP. Then Santos took to Twitter to reveal to his fans the cover to “Formula, Vol. 2” The kit of bachata tweeted, "Romeo fans here is the promo album of #FormulaVol2.” Also earlier this month, Nicki previewed their collaboration via Instagram, on which she can be heard rapping in Spanish. The former member of the now-disbanded group Aventura was named by Billboard as one of the most influential artists on social networks on its list of the "Social 50.” The list also included big names such as Beyonce, One Direction, Katy Perry, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Justin Timberlake and Bruno Mars. Santos’ first solo project, “Formula, Vol. 1,” managed to remain four months at the top of Billboard's lists. His other work "Propuesta Indecente” and the duet with Enrique Iglesias, “Loco," also spent some time at number one on the radio.
