"Revolution" returns tonight and Season 2 has even more mystery! The sci-fi returns for its second season with 22 episodes. Tonight's premiere is entitled "Born in the U.S.A" and the episode will set the darker and more dangerous tone for the whole season. Following the Season 1 finale, the political and military institutions that where maintaining some sense of control in the now darkened world are gone. With the only sense of authority being dismantled, there is danger for everyone.

After the heroes made the trek to the Tower and were successful in being able to turn on the power again. However, we are unsure of the consequences just yet. By turning of the power the team seems to be rather dismantled. In Season 2, Miles, played by Billy Burke, Aaron played by Zak Orth, and Rachel, played by Elizabeth Mitchell have found themselves caught in an unknown small town, in the great nation of Texas. There, Rachel unexpectedly meets someone from her past.

Other characters are also exploring some uncharted territory. Charlie played by Tracy Spiridakos, is on a treacherous journey in the Plains Nation. Neville, played by Giancarlo Esposito and Jason, played by JD Pardo, are also on a trek, however the pair is searching for the rumored refugee camp in search of their lost loved one. And while other characters are adjusting and searching for families, Monroe, played by David Lyons, is adjusting, following the loss of his men and the Monroe Republic, he has a new role in the society but it is not as prestigious as his former one.
