Ingredients
1 lb. white beans
2 ounces pancetta
1 onion
1 bunch of celery
1 carrot
1 liter chicken stock
2 bay leaves
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
A few slices of toast
1 teaspoon red pepper
We put all the ingredients in a pot for soups and we boil. Then reduce the heat to medium and let cook for about 20 minutes. Once ready with a hand blender liquefy all the soup and serve with a slice of toast and sprinkle parmesan cheese over top.
