Tangerine Shrimp Marinated With Vegetables In Banana Leaf

Chef Jame Tahhan's recipe for marinated shrimp is unique on several fronts, as it cooked in a banana leaf and boasts a citrus flavor from mandarin oranges and tangerine slices.

Ingredients

½ lb shrimp
1 cup mandarin
1 habanero
½ cup chives
¼ cup cilantro
1 teaspoon cumin
1 cup white rice
6 units of banana leaves
Lemon slices
Tangerine slices

Directions

To start on high heat in a frying pan and brown them quickly retired shrimp.

Then we take the banana leaf and it put the rest of the ingredients, fold the edges like an envelope and take it to a preheated oven at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Withdraw, open and serve rice on banana leaf.
