Mashed potatoes are considered to be a comfort food staple and with the fall season around the corner, it's the perfect side dish to your holiday meal. If you're looking for something a little more fancy than traditional mashed potatoes, then consider this recipe by Chef James Tahhan. It features extra toppings that made the staple even more delicious than it already is. The parmesan cheese adds the perfect hint of flavor and the bacon adds that extra richness.

5 potatoes (boiled)
2 eggs
1/4 cup parsley
10 cloves of roasted garlic
1 cup Parmesan cheese
6 slices of bacon roasted
