Princess Beatrice Seems To Be Getting Serious With Edoardo; Engagement To Follow?

Another royal wedding just might be around the corner. Princess Beatrice, daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, is reportedly getting more serious with her boyfriend, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

In fact, Princess Beatrice arrived at a recent royal event with Edoardo in tow. The couple was seen attending Prince Andrew’s annual Pitch@Palace event, which was held on June 12 at St James’s Palace, London.

Pitch@Palace is a project started by the Duke of York in 2014 that aims to support entrepreneurs in accelerating their business ideas. It offers them the opportunity to pitch their ideas to potential investors, supporters and mentors.

Photos taken at the event show that Mozzi was at ease while talking to guests. Princess Beatrice was reported to be by his side for most of the time during the event.

Mozzi’s attendance in the Pitch@Palace this year is actually his second appearance at an official royal event. He was previously spotted with Princess Beatrice at the Colonel’s Review at Horse Guards Parade.

It was where Prince Andrew supervised the second rehearsal for Trooping the Colour. Aside from Mozzi and Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie was also spotted with her husband, Jack Brooksbank.

Royal family observers speculate that Mozzi’s second appearance in a royal event suggests that he is now treated as a member of Princess Beatrice’s family. This means that the relationship between the couple is getting pretty serious.

Princess Beatrice met Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi during her sister Princess Eugenie’s wedding in October last year. “They hit it off instantly and have a real laugh together,” a source told The Sun.

People close to the couple say that an engagement between the two is probably going to happen soon. “They’ve been on holiday together and Beatrice introduced him to Fergie and her dad,” the source added. “Things are moving very quickly and it wouldn’t surprise anyone if they got engaged within a short period of time.”

Things might just be in that direction based on recent events. Princess Beatrice and Edoardo have been seen going with Prince Andrew and his family in numerous family events. For instance, Mozzi went with the family on a trip to Bahrain and also attended this year’s Grand Prix with them.
