Prince Andrew accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre is reportedly being accused of sexually assaulting another woman during Jeffrey Epstein encounter.
Artist Rina Oh sued Giuffre for defamation in October after the latter accused Oh of pretending to be among Epstein's victims to get money from the victims' compensation fund. Millionaire financier Epstein reportedly abused several girls as young as 14 years old, before his arrest in July 2019.
Giuffre recently closed a settlement with Prince Andrew, reportedly amounting to $12 million after sex trafficking claims. The prince agreed to pay the sum to settle the case before it reached a jury.
Oh firmly claimed that she was also a victim of Epstein's. She previously said in an interview about how Epstein and his longtime girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell, tried to sex-traffic her to older men when she was in her early 20s.
Giuffre is said to be fighting Oh's lawsuit. She filed a counterclaim in May, accusing Oh of cutting and slashing her during "sadomasochist" sex acts "for Epstein's pleasure."
Meanwhile, Oh claimed that the abuse allegations were "lies," as stated in her filing on Monday. She said that it was Giuffre who sexually assaulted her during an encounter with Epstein in one of his popular massage rooms.
According to the court filing, Oh said she was once called into Epstein's massage room and was surprised to find both Epstein and Giuffre "waiting for her." Oh narrated, "I went into the massage room and [Giuffre] touched me without my consent; she sexually abused me." Oh told The Post. "I was standing there, frozen like a deer. I did not move. I was in shock. I felt mortified and was uncomfortable."
During the Monday filing, Giuffre was again accused of sexually assaulting Oh on another occasion with other females while Epstein watched. However, that detail was changed significantly during an amended filing on Tuesday. The new filing now directed the second sexual assault on an unidentified woman.
According to Oh's lawyer, Ira Meyerowitz, it was his mistake to have included Giuffre in the description of the second assault. "I'm not saying that she isn't a survivor and that she wasn't a victim of Epstein's house of horrors. Or that she wasn't subjected to the same manipulations and psychological games that Epstein and Maxwell used to manipulate these young women. I think that she was," Meyerowitz said of Giuffre. "But I know it happened to Rina too."
"For some reason Virginia has targeted Rina and made these false allegations against her, saying that Rina wasn't a survivor and wasn't a victim and that's just patently untrue," Meyerowitz added.
