"Pretty Little Liars'" Rosewood Police Department has found a dreamy new detective. Nicholas Gonzalez has booked a major recurring role on the seventh season of Freeform's "Pretty Little Liars." As Deadline reports, he will play Vic Furey, a sexy, witty, straight-talker detective who has come to Rosewood to oversee the police department's open homicides.
Gonzalez has had quite a busy schedule since he will be seen reprising his role of Dante Ramon in The CW's "The Flash" as well as in Fox's "Star" series of "Empire" co-creator Lee Daniels. He is also one of the lead voice actors on Seth MacFarlane's Fox series "Bordertown," voicing three characters, namely: Ernesto Gonzalez, J.C. Gonzalez and Pablo Barracuda.
Meanwhile, the first five episode titles of "Pretty Little Liars" seventh season have been revealed. The titles are "Tick-Tock, Bitches," "Bedlam," "The Talented Mr. Rollins," "Hit and Run, Run, Run" and "Along Comes Mary." ether to unearth answers to the last remaining secrets and take down "Uber A" for good.
The seventh season will see the main characters return, with Troian Bellisario, Ashley Benson, Lucy Hale and Shay Mitchell confirming to reprise their roles as Spencer Hastings, Hanna Marin, Aria Montgomery and Emily Fields respectively. Janel Parrish also confirmed that she will be reprising her role as Mona Vanderwaal.
Additionally, series star Bellisario will make her directorial debut this season. She is set to direct the 15th episode of the season.
The new season will consist of 20 episodes and will kick off with a supersized premiere episode Tuesday, June 21 at 8 p.m. EST on Freeform.
