Finally, "Pretty Little Liars" is back but only for one episode! The Season 4 Halloween episode will be even more twists and turns than the summer finale, but there will certainly be a satisfying end for fans of the mystery series. The Halloween episode "Grave New World" will pick up exactly where we left off, the PLL are still in Ravenswood, although this time they are dressed to impress or something like that. According to the synopsis, Aria, Emily, Hanna, and Spencer attend the Ravenswood Founders Day Celebration, after they discovered some clues in "A's" secret lair that teased at the possibility of Ali still being alive.
In a desperate search for their friend, the PLL's dive head first into the Founders Day fun and dress in their finest "Edwardian wear," which looks truly uncomfortable. Fans are in for a delightfully terrifying surprise, as the girls continue their search for Ali at a creepy cemetery party. The PLL's are attempting to find Ali before "A" can, however, despite their costumes and disguises, they may be leading "A" right to her next victim. Tonight's episode will be thrilling with Ezra lurking in the dark shadows of the Halloween party, "A" maybe even closer than the "Pretty Little Liars" realize. And even though Ezra is highlighted in "Grave New World," we won't learn too much more about him or whether or not he is "A."
As for some fun and spooky spoilers, the Season 4 Halloween episode will be the most shocking one yet! Lucy Hale, who plays Aria, called tonight's episode the most shocking episode "Pretty Little Liars" has "ever done." Gasp! And the shock and awe will continue when a lot of questions get answered, fans will finally know for certain if Ali is in fact dead or alive. Another exciting revelation for fans will be the discovery of who exactly Red Coat is. There is a little to fear from the "Pretty Little Liars" Halloween episode, but one thing we are not afraid of is Caleb and he is in the episode! Caleb has not yet fully departed from "Pretty Little Liars" for the new spinoff "Ravenswood" series, he will make his final appearance at the very beginning of the PLL Season 4 winter premiere, so don't get the tissues just yet, because 'Haleb' is still very much together. Watch the "Pretty Little Liars" Season 4 Halloween special on tonight, Oct. 22, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.
