Cristiano Ronaldo has definitely bounced back from the shocking crash of his private jet. The soccer star has reportedly started a new venture in the hotel and hospitality business.
According to the Pestana Hotel group website, the "Pestana CR7 Lisboa" is now officially open for business. Just a short walk from Terreiro de Paco, the new hotel offers an innovative concept on hospitality that provides guests with a truly unique experience to create moments of fun with the people that matter.
The experience of the hotel begins as soon as you enter. The lobby features animated screens in the lifts that showcases Ronaldo’s life story. Sound sensors in the staircases project the sounds of cheering fans in a football stadium. The rooms also feature a touch of the star with seven footsteps on the carpets that replicate the sprint of the star.
"Pestana CR7 Lisboa" features 82 keys including CR Rooms, CR Superior Rooms, CR Superior Rooftop and the CR7 suite, all of which offer views overlooking Rua da Prata, Rua Augusta, the Tejo River and the stunning Lisbon skyline. All rooms are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, Apple TVs, Bluetooth audio, HDMI connections and LED lighting in the showers. In addition to all the facilities of the CR rooms, the CR7 Suite will include a Playstation 4 and Virtual Reality Glasses. Guests are also provided with Wi-Fi To Go, allowing them to stay connected both inside and outside the hotel.
Guests also get the luxury of receiving workout tips personally from Ronaldo himself through the Pestana CR7 app.
Visitors and guests of the hotel are welcome to check out the CR7 Corner Bar & Bistro for a bite to eat and to listen to the resident DJ. The menu features authentic Portugese dishes and classic favorites.
The Pestana CR7 Lisboa is the second of four locations in a $69million investment from the soccer star.
By the looks of this major accomplishment, the star has definitely thought about his life after soccer.
