Person of Interest has already heated up this season with the addition of two new characters plus a dramatic change in the way the Machine communicates. Last week, we saw the team go up against a smart, successful lawyer who claimed her husband disappeared. Carter's new partner continues to arouse our suspicion. We discovered that in fact the lawyer was framed by her own husband: he faked his own death to collect millions of dollars on insurance AND wanted to run off with her best friend. Reese gives her a gun and helps her leave town away from her crazy husband. But then the episode took a twist: she actually knew about her husband's plan all along but he was trying to double cross her! The episode ends with the couple shooting each other on a yacht.
In tonight's episode, Razgovor, CBS has revealed the following: "When Shaw is tasked to stay close to a 10-year-old identified by The Machine, she grudgingly develops respect for the young girl's skills in surveillance and realizes it could be the very reason why her number has come up. Meanwhile, Carter's mission to bring the crime organization HR to justice risks the next episode of Person Of Interest." 4. Finch and Root's Battle Gets Nasty: Finch is finding Root's relationship with the machine troubling - it's going to bring the two characters to boiling point!
5. Carter's Story Gets Bigger: The show's producers have revealed that we will learn much more about Carter. We've already seen this in the season so far, but apparently her storyline will only get jucier as it continues to spin into the story of HR.
6. There Will Be a Shaw Origin Story - Tonight! Shaw's story tonight will be examined and revealed as we get a chance to see who she is ahd where she came from. Later in the season we will see why she has such a connection to Bear.
7. More From Fusco: Apparently there is a "very powerful" story arc coming for the detective. He's going to become an integral part of the group.
