So this is where we left off: Peter is currently behind bars after taking the fall for the murder of Senator Pratt that Neal's biological father, James, committed at the end of last season, leaving Neal with a new FBI handler in the form of Warren Kole. However, it looks like we won't be seeing too much of Peter in an orange jumpsuit, unshaven and behind bars for too long as Neal tries to keep Peter safe, making sure that he gets out of jail after being accused of murdering the senator. However, they still need a confirmation from Neal's father, who's MIA, to get him free.

It won't be easy for him to prove his innocence as certain evidence sets him up as a criminal, but a surprising voicemail could help prove Peter's innocence, saving him from prison. "This is my fault," Neal tells Peter during a prison visit. Peter's wife, Elizabeth will also feel the stress of having her husband behind bars, and things will heat up even more as Peter's ex-girlfriend, which will be played by Kim Dickens makes a special appearance on the show. Also guest staring are Zejko Ivanek, as Brett Forsythe and Mark Sheppard as Curtis Hagen or "The Dutchman," who will help Neal prove Peter's innocence. The two men strike a deal which is known as "the devil's agreement," which could bring Neal back to his old con-man ways.

Actress Hilarie Burton will not be reprising her character Sara Ellis in the new season, but Neil won't be lonely for too long. "There is a really incredible girl who comes into Neal's life, played by the gorgeous and talented Bridget Regan. She is sort of atypical in terms of what Neal finds attractive in a woman - with the exception of the fact that she's a redhead. She's like an onion, and in every episode more peels off and Neal becomes more attracted to her," Matt Bomer shared in a recent interview. And as for Mozzie, he will definitely be back with his shenanigans, this time around pushing an English-style pram. And also, there's reportedly a suicidal jumper, firemen, two fires and two heists.

Are you excited for the "White Collar" Season 5 premiere? Well, don't miss it tomorrow, Thursday, Oct. 17, at 9 p.m. only on USA Network.
