Pedro Ferriz Santa Cruz, has died at the age of 92. The legendary Mexican journalist worked as a television anchor, radio host and tv host. His son, Pedro Ferriz de Con, made the sad announcement via his Twitter account. "I will leave you with a message of profound love. My father has died. Santa Cruz was born on March 17, 1921 in Piedras Negras, Coahuila. He studied Mexican history at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, otherwise known as la UNAM. One of his most well known programs he hosted was "La pregunta de los 64 mil pesos" and "Un mundo nos vigila," about the investigation of UFOs. One of his lasts jobs was in a radio broadcasted show titled "El Mundo de Pedro Ferriz." He was also the director of Imevisión and Canal 13, which are now known as TV Azteca.

The cause of death has not been revealed, but Santa Cruz had been admitted to a hospital in Texas. Since last week his son Ferriz de Con, had accompanied him during his last moments. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Ferriz family. May Pedro Ferriz Santa Cruz rest in peace.
