"Once Upon A Time in Wonderland" continues tonight on ABC with episode 2 "Trust Me" and viewers will finally catch a glimpse of Alice and Cyrus's whirlwind love story. The second episode is told through a number of flashbacks, showing the young Alice who traveled down the rabbit hole in the first place, as we discover that her love for Cyrus has developed since childhood and their bond is even stronger than we originally thought.
Her love was taken from her and after returning home to her father, her sanity was taken as well. Alice told her family and doctors what exactly she saw on her trip to Wonderland, but unsurprisingly they refused to believe her and sent her to the Bethlem Asylum. Alice, believing her love Cyrus was dead at the hands of the Red Queen, opted to have her memory wiped clean, but at the last moment the White Rabbit appears and convinces her to go down the rabbit hole because her one true love Cyrus is in fact alive, and in need of her help. Alice is helped by the Knave of Hearts on her quest to find Cyrus in episode 2, and their trip down memory lane helps give them clues as to where to begin their search.
Alice also decides that one of the best ways to find Cyrus is to use his genie bottle that she is carrying in her shoe, but that item is exactly what Jafar is after, so will this plan backfire for the young lover? But the genie battle isn't Jafar's only concern in tonight episode "Trust Me," the Red Queen and the evil vizier face off in tonight's episode. Despite the Red Queen's power, Jafar is proving to be even more powerful. Will he dispose of her tonight?
