The whole world was stuck to their TVs as soon as it was announced that the new royal family was leaving the hospital. Everybody wanted to get a first glimpse of the new king-to-be, baby George Alexander Louis, but it was new mom Kate who made headlines for her flawless postpartum look just one day after giving birth.

The Duchess of Cambridge walked down the stairs of the Lindo wing of St. Mary's Hospital donning a custom-made blue polka-dot Jenny Packham dress, resembling Princess Diana's look when she first introduced William to the world. Kate's dress, however, accentuated her "mommy tummy" as some publications have described it, which was the main sensation following the birth of the future king.

Moms around the world praised her decision to show her post-baby belly, saying that Kate looked like what a real mom should look like.

Netmums founder Siobhan Freegard said the duchess had dispelled the "myth that all mothers should be perfect postpartum." She added, "In a couple of minutes on the steps of the Lindo Wing Kate has done more for new mums' self-esteem than any other role model."

"Sadly, too many celebrities often have ultra-fast tummy tucks or strap themselves down to emerge in tiny size six jeans, leaving everyone else feeling inadequate. Kate shows what a real mum looks like -- and natural is beautiful," she continued.

However, the new issue of OK! Magazine seemed to portray the total opposite as they suggested the Duchess should start dieting ASAP and even interviewed someone who claims to be her trainer, about the royal's "diet and shape-up plan" after her pregnancy. The large cover line read "Kate's post-baby weight loss regime," and in the interview, the so-called trainer even said: "She's super fit -- her stomach will shrink straight back."

After a Twitter backlash over the magazine's issue, they released a statement apologizing for the "misunderstanding."

A spokeswoman for Northern & Shell, the parent company of OK! Magazine, apologized for any distress the cover may have caused.

"Kate is one of the great beauties of our age and OK! readers love her," she said. "Like the rest of the world, we were very moved by her radiance as she and William introduced the Prince of Cambridge to the world. We would not dream of being critical of her appearance. If that was misunderstood on our cover it was not intended."
