Mexican artist Christian Nodal was discharged today after a two-day hospital stay in Mexico due to a stomach infection. According to a statement, the medical order is for absolute rest, which means his upcoming concerts have been suspended.

"They couldn't lower his fever," said his father-in-law, Pepe Aguilar, regarding the health of his youngest daughter, Ángela's husband. Nodal, 25, arrived at the hospital dehydrated and feeling very unwell, sources added.

Which Nodal concerts have been suspended?

In addition to the show in Pachuca, in the state of Hidalgo, which was scheduled for October 3 and had already been suspended, the dates in Denver and Salt Lake City have also been postponed.

If he continues to recover, the plan is to resume his Pa'l Cora tour on October 7 at the Palenque in Guadalajara as part of the so-called October Fiestas.

How is Nodal's health?

According to a statement released by JG Music, the artist's father's company, he will continue treatment to eliminate the infection in the coming days.

Medical sources consulted by ENSTARZ ¡Latino! define the treatment for the stomach infection as a mix of antibiotics, probiotics, and a bland diet.

Christian Nodal's 'Pa'l Cora' tour

Few 25-year-olds, the age of this artist, follow medical recommendations to the letter, but Nodal needs to if he wants to resume the intense tour schedule. After Guadalajara, he has concerts every day in Texas: October 10 in Hidalgo, October 11 in Fort Worth, October 12 in Austin, and October 13 in Sugar Land.

Then he takes a break until the 18th, when he will perform in Rosemont, on the outskirts of Chicago, followed by Newark on the 20th, New York on the 26th, and Boston on the 27th. The tour was not set to end until November 23, and now he has to add new dates.

It's a tight schedule for anyone, but even more so for an artist who performs three-hour concerts with intense songs.

To top it off, he isnewly married. Wishing him lots of health!
