"Thor: The Dark World" is set to be released in theaters November 8. The second trailer for the feature film was released at Comic-Con and uploaded to YouTube this past Wednesday. The full trailer for "Thor 2" reveals some interesting plot twists including Thor's (Chris Hemmsworth) relationship with his brother Loki (Tom Hiddleston) and love interest Jane (Natalie Portman).

In the sequel to the first "Thor" the demi-god needs help from his troublesome brother Loki. The god of mischief as he is called is sitting in a prison on the planet Asgard after his actions on Earth. See "The Avengers" film to learn what Loki has done if you have not already. In the trailer Thor goes to his brother for help after learning of a new enemy bent on the destruction of Asgard and Earth.

Loki is released from his prison and Thor's allies tell the slick Loki he had best behave and not think of betraying Thor or it would mean his life. In the trailer it seems Loki and Thor are working well together until a scene where we see Thor's love interest Jane, being sacrificed to the enemy by Loki.

Thor returns to earth in order to protect it from the enemies of Asgard. He reunites with Jane and brings her to his home planet. Jane is overwhelmed and amazed by what she sees. Coming face to face with Loki Jane slaps Loki and says "That's for New York," referring to Loki's actions in "The Avengers." As Jane walks away Loki tells Thor he likes her.
"Thor 2" will also see Kat Dennings (Two Broke Girls) returning to her comic role as well as actors Anthony Hopkins, Stellan Skarsgard, and Rene Russo. Check out the full trailer for "Thor: The Dark World" below:
