INGREDIENTS
2 Parts Absolut Elyx
1 Part Lillet Rouge
1 Part Plymouth Sloe Gin
Vessel: Cocktail coupe
Garnish: Orange Zest
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir over cubed ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish.

INGREDIENTS
4 Parts Absolut Elyx
1 Part Green Chartreuse
2 Parts Fresh Cucumber Juice
1 Part Elderflower Cordial
1 Part Unsalted Yuzu Juice
1 Part Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Top Soda Water
Vessel: Highball
Garnish: Cucumber
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin over cubed ice. Shake then strain over cubed ice in a highball glass. Top with soda water, stir gently and garnish.

2 Parts Absolut Elyx
2 Parts Unfiltered Apple Juice*
1 Part White Grape Juice
1 Part Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1 Part Sugar Syrup (1:1)
Vessel: Copper Pineapple
Garnish: Apple Slice and 2 Grapes
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin over cubed ice. Shake then strain into copper pineapple over cubed ice. Cap with crushed ice and garnish.

INGREDIENTS
2 Parts Absolut Elyx
2 Parts Passion Fruit Puree or Fresh Pulp
1 Part Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 Part Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1 Part Agave Syrup (1:1)*
2 Pinches Cayenne Pepper
2 Kaffir Lime Leaves
Vessel: Copper Pineapple
Garnish: Dehydrated Whole Chilli and Passion Fruit
DIRECTIONS
Muddle kaffir lime leaves, add rest of the ingredients in a shaker tin over cubed ice.
Shake then strain into copper pineapple over cubed ice.
Cap with crushed ice and garnish.
