Mother Arrested After Video Of Her Having Sex In Front Of Toddler Son Goes Viral

A Tulsa mother has been arrested after she allegedly filmed herself having sex in front of her 3-year-old son.

In the video that went viral on social media, the mother, identified as 25-year-old Kentavya Mack was seen having sex with an unidentified man while a toddler watches in the background, according to the Tulsa Police Department.

Mack was arrested on Wednesday, August 4 after one of the viewers sent the video to the authorities via Facebook Messenger. The department highlighted this was an arrest and not a conviction.

Police said Mack admitted that she is the woman from the video and the child is her son. A probe is underway to develop information about the adult male seen in the video.

Currently, it's unclear if the video was shot by a third person. It’s also not known whether Mack and the man, who also faces potential charges, knew that they were being filmed.

Mack was charged for lewd or indecent acts with a child under 12. If convicted, she could face a minimum of three years or a maximum of 25 years to life in prison, considering the age of her child.

According to the Law Firm of Oklahoma, " a person who knowingly and intentionally performs a lewd act with a minor or makes an indecent proposal to a minor is guilty of a felony punishable by a minimum of three years and a maximum of 20 years in prison."

"However, if a victim is under the age of 12, the crime is punishable by 25 years to life."

Her bond is set at $50,000. She will be presented in court for a hearing on August 10, according to the Tulsa County inmate information center.

In a similar incident, the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) has demanded the city police to register a case against a mother who allegedly uploaded a video clip of 'vulgar dance' with her 10-year-old son on social media.

The mother, who has more than 1.60 lakh followers on Instagram, shared a video of her dancing to a pornographic song with her minor son. The video was deleted from the profile after it received major backlash from netizens.

"The child in question, who appears to have been sexualized at such an early stage and is being taught to objectify his own mother, shall, if not checked today, be prone to objectifying other women as well and may develop a criminal mentality," the DCW said.

"Looking at the manner in which the minor boy in the video appears to have been sexualized, an investigation needs to be launched to check if he has been subjected to other forms of sexual abuse," the DCW said.
