After two weeks of teasing "Mortal Kombat X" creator Ed Boon has revealed a new character trailer! This new video shows off the Netherealm sorcerer Quan Chi as he makes his way back to the "Mortal Kombat" franchise. The clip pits Quan Chi against Kano and shows off his different fighting variations.
The demonic necromancer has three different variations like all characters which include Warlock, Summoner and Sorcerer. In Sorcerer mode Quan Chi cast a variety of spells that can do tons of damage, reflect and take down your opponenets damage. The warlock variation, which is our favorite, allows him to open dark portals on the arena to use in unorthodox combos. Lastly, in Summoner mode he is able to bring forth a flying creature to help him fight. Check out all the action in the video below:
MKX will be out on April 14, 2015, for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PC.
