A couple died this morning in Mexico City after their car crashed into a cable post. It all happened in the early hours of Friday, May 16 in the Eje 3 Francisco del Paso y Troncoso, part of the colonia Juventino Rosas, from the Iztacalco borough. Police are looking into the accident because it is believed that the couple was performing some sort of sexual act inside the vehicle before it crashed. They came to this first hypothesis after finding evidence of it in the bodies.

The woman, who was the one driving, was found with her blouse unbuttoned, while the man, who was in the passenger seat, was found with his pants down. It is assumed – but the investigations are ongoing – that the lady lost control of the vehicle when she kept driving and didn’t realize cross street Recreo was closed due to construction. It is understood that when she finally realized the work ahead she abruptly stopped but lost control of the vehicle which ended up crashing against one of the trolleybus’ cable post.

Both people were dead at the scene. Once the paramedics arrived, the couple had no vitals. So far the only identification provided by the authorities is that the car they were driving was a golden Nissan Sentra with the license plate 763UGA. No names have been released.
