Meet Anett Pikula: Mexican Mule Who Flirted With Border Officers To Smuggle Cocaine Into The U.S.

According to DaillyMail.com, Anett Pikula filed for bankruptcy in 2010, she was in over 100,000 USD worth of debt at the time but in 2011, the filing was dismissed. Sometime later, Pikula started to share pictures of her glamorous life on social media. One would wonder…where did she get all that money from? Wasn’t she broke?

Apparently, the 39-year-old became a “drug mule” and was using her looks and flirting technique to smuggle cocaine into the U.S. During her last “business trip” in Arizona, nerves got the best of her and she was caught trying to sneak in $134,000 worth of cocaine in a hidden compartment in her gold Mercedes Benz.

According to officials, her alleged behavior sparked suspicion and they referred her for a secondary inspection. U.S Customs and Border Protection decided to use a K-9, who immediately guided the officers to the 6 packages of cocaine that were hidden in Pikula’s car. She was subsequently arrested and turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations.

Social media evidence suggests Pikula is a U.S. citizen living in East Coronado Road in Phoenix, she is divorced but wears what seems to be an engagement ring. She has three children, Eduardo, Benjamín and Anett.
