Maria Menounos is expected to delight fans as she wrestles against the Bella Twins in a tag-team match with Natalya. The event featuring the "Extra" host will take place outside of Staples Center in Los Angeles prior to the WWE's major pay-per-view event "SummerSlam," according to Hollywood Gossip. The event will take place this Sunday.
Menounos is no stranger to the ring as she made her competition debut in 2009, the Los Angeles Times reported. She teamed with Kelly Kelly and Gail Kim and went on to defeat Beth Phoenix, Rosa Mendes and Alicia Fox during the match. She has also been a known fan of the organization. She has defeated the Bella Twins before when she competed alongside Eve Torres, Kelly and Fox in 2011. Her opponents were the Twins, Natalya and Phoenix. She defeated Phoenix and Torres in 2012 in her latest appearance at Wrestlemania XXVIII. Menounos also participated in "Dancing with the Stars" in 2012.
Viewers can watch the match at 8 p.m. EST on PPV prior to the big event.
