Margot Robbie And Robert Pattinson Allegedly Get Flirty Over ‘Batman’ Franchise

Earlier this week, a report surfaced claiming that Robert Pattinson and Margot Robbie are flirting with each other over the new “Batman” franchise. Pattinson, who is replacing Ben Affleck as the Caped Crusader in the “Batman” franchise, was previously reported to be crushing on the “Suicide Squad” star.

According to a report, Pattinson and Robbie met during one of the meetings held to discuss their future in the DC Universe and their chemistry was undeniable. Prior to Pattinson’s involvement in the DC Universe, he had already allegedly met Robbie through a common friend.

“Margot and Rob got to know each other through a common colleague, which really connects them to the next Batman, in which both of them will in principle be included,” a source allegedly said. “They help each other a lot in developing their characters, they go deep, which is about human psychology, not to mention how much they have fun together.” the source added.

Indeed, Robbie is a certified eye-catcher, but it’s not true that she’s flirting with Pattinson. Gossip Cop debunked the rumor and dismissed talks that Pattinson has fallen for her charms. Robbie, who portrayed Harley Quinn in the 2016 film “Suicide Squad” and is set to reprise her role in next year’s “Birds Of Prey,” is happily married to producer Tom Ackerley.

There is also no truth in reports that Pattinson and Robbie are starring in a DC film together. Pattinson is set to portray Batman in the upcoming reboot of the “Batman” series, but Robbie is not starring alongside him in the film.

The “Batman” film is also a standalone project that is in no way connected to Robbie’s “Suicide Squad” or “Birds Of Prey.” As Gossip Cop noted, there is no indication that the two actors are going to appear in a DC project together despite being part of the DC universe.

Gossip Cop also noted that it doesn’t make sense to say that Pattinson is guiding Robbie in her acting since Robbie had become part of the DCEU long before Pattinson did. Pattinson is also currently dating Suki Waterhouse, so there’s no way he’s developing a flirtatious relationship with Robbie.
