The brother of Michael Vick, the Philadelphia Eagles quarterback who spent two-years in jail for running a dog fighting operation took to Twitter ranting about the George Zimmerman Trial. Marcus Vick expressed his anger that Zimmerman was found not guilty of murder after he shot and killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in February 2012.

Vick began his tweets on Thursday as the prosecution was beginning closing arguments. Before the verdict in the Zimmerman trial was read Marcus Vick said on Twitter he believed Zimmerman should get at least 30-years in prison for killing Martin. Vick also went off about how in his opinion a dog's life means more in the US than a persons.

Vick ranted and raved about his brother Michael Vick having to spend 2-years in jail over what he called "some bullsh**." Marcus Vick disagreed with George Zimmerman's self-defense claim. Vick said chasing down a kid was not self-defense.

Marcus Vick tweeted a question to followers asking if it was okay for him to follow a stranger, pick a fight and allow the person to beat him up and then kill the person with whom he started a fight. Marcus Vick's language is a lot more colorful in his Twitter posts.

Protests about the George Zimmerman trail have sprung up all over the country. People are outraged that Zimmerman was acquitted. TV reports have stated Zimmerman has received death threats. Even fellow NFL star Victor Cruz made a suggestion via Twitter that Zimmerman will not live long as a free man.

"Zimmerman doesn't last a year before the hood catches up with him," Cruz posted. He later apologized for the comment.

This is not the first time Marcus Vick has gotten his brother in trouble via Twitter. Last November he ranted against the Eagles for not using his brother's talents on the field. Marcus Vick suggested to the Eagles they trade his brother. Following a conversation with Michael Vick Marcus apologized to the Eagles.
