The Billboard Latin Music Awards on Thursday is going to have several performances to watch out for, including that of Don Omar, who is nominated for 18 awards including: Artist of the Year, Social Artist of the Year, Song of the Year and Latin Rhythm Song of the Year.
But fans have more than Omar to look forward to as Marc Anthony will be performing with Tito El Bambino, and his performance will include original work. This performance will debut his upcoming album "Iconos" which will be his first original work in nine years. While Anthony released an album, "El Cantante", in 2008, the album was a collection of covers of his favorite Latin singers and songs.
Fans of Anthony are already eager to see who the singer will bring with him on the red carpet, as rumors are suggesting that the singer has broken up with his 21-year-old model girlfriend, Chloe Green.
The Billboard Latin Music Awards will also honor Jenni Rivera and according to Tony Majonea, executive producer of the show, her family will be participating. Rivera has 11 nominations for her albums "La Misma Gran Señora" and "Joyas Prestadas: Pop."
"We will have Don Omar, Wisin & Yandel and Daddy Yankee, the three most popular artist of the Hispanic urban genre all in one night," says Moneja to NBC about the show. "This has never happened and they are going to be amazing performances."
The Latin Billboards will be broadcast live on Telemundo on Thursday at 7 p.m./6c on Telemundo.
