In one of the biggest stories of the day, former NBA great and Hall of Famer Magic Johnson's son Earvin III was spotted along California's Sunset Strip walking and holding hands with his boyfriend according to TMZ News.

It didn't take long for Magic and wife Cookie to come out in support of their son. "Cookie and I love EJ and support him in every way. We're very proud of him," said Johnson, who aside from being a legend in the game of basketball is currently a partial owner of the Los Angeles Dodgers.

While Magic Johnson's accolades on and off the basketball court are well-known, here's a little insight on his son Earvin and alleged boyfriend.

1. Earvin III Knows How to Dress

Sporting a fine-looking black fur coat along with what looks like a trendy handbag, Earvin III and his supposed boyfriend hit the town for a night of fun. It should come as no surprised that Earvin is so capable of dressing extravagantly, after all his father does own a professional baseball franchise!

2. Earvin Attends A Top Flight University

While his area of study is unknown, the 20-year-old Johnson is enrolled at NYU. His father apparently enjoys visiting his son with every chance he gets, posting on Twitter back in August "Thx to my son EJ for hosting me at NYU."

3. Just Like Dad, E.J. Is A Big L.A. Lakers and L.A. Dodgers Fan

The simple fact that his father played for the Los Angeles Lakers and is considered one of the greatest players in the long and storied history of the franchise should tell you all you need to know about E.J.'s basketball rooting interest. The same goes for his baseball interest as Earvin told TMZ News that he will continue to "hope and pray" for the Dodgers success and that "he has no inside information" regarding any potential Dodger front office transactions.

4. E.J. And His Beau Seem To Be Very Happy

Every couple deserves a chance to be happy and in love. This certainly seems to be the case when talking about Earvin Johnson III and the man he was seen holding hands with. While E.J. was continuously talking with a TMZ News reporter, his boyfriend would smile in his direction and share a laugh every now and then.
