Luis Miguel is currently touring Latin America before hitting the U.S. in December. Though many fans are looking forward to Miguel's live spectacle, we must warn you in advance that the singer may or may not perform in your city due to his serious health condition.

Recently, the 45-year-old romantic crooner was sued for breach of contract. It was because of those legal problems, however, that his current health condition was exposed. According to El Tiempo, "El Sol de Mexico" suffers from Tinnitus ---the hearing of sound (ringing, clicking, hiss or roaring) when no external sound is present. At times, unclear voices are heard and for some people, this condition causes depression, anxiety or interferes with concentration.

The lawsuit was filed for over $2 million. Miguel's lawyers fought the claim by showing documents that prove the singer suffers from Tinnitus and therefore, he's been canceling presentations. We, on the other hand, are hoping Luis never goes deaf and will continue his U.S. tour as planned, where he will visit cities such as Miami, Washington and New York.
