Liam Hemsworth Blindsided By Miley Cyrus Divorce, Might Take Time To Heal

Liam Hemsworth is reportedly more than broken right now as he and Miley Cyrus split up. Allegedly, he was blindsided and did not think he and Cyrus will even end up in a divorce because he thought their marriage will last forever.

While they have announced their split to be amicable, some insiders claimed that Hemsworth is much more pained that he is letting on. Hemsworth, 29 and Cyrus, 26, announced their separation after less than a year of marriage only, to the shock of his fans. However, it is the actor who could have been shocked the most for what happened.

According to Hollywood Life, the whole separation was a big blow to Hemsworth, pushing him to spend time with his family in Australia so he can heal. According to the insider, the “Last Song” actor really believed that he and Cyrus can stay married forever because their love was real and deep.

“This isn’t easy for Liam, he thought he’d be with Miley forever but he’s accepted that isn’t in the cards. They do love each other deeply so you never know what might happen down the road but for now they are very done and it looks like it will probably stay that way,” the insider revealed.

The magazine also reported that Hemsworth was more than just slightly bothered by the pictures of Miley and Kaitlynn Carter kissing on Lake Como. Angry, he is not, the insider clarified. However, it was still a “little jarring for him.” The source believed that Hemsworth at one point would also have pictures of him kissing another person and Miley would have to deal with that too.

The insider claimed that the actor might take some time to heal. “He really doesn’t know what to do next and being with family is helping,” the insider said. “He isn’t going to be dating anyone or even thinking about that anytime soon. He needs to get himself straight. This breakup has thrown and gutted him. It will take some time to get back to his normal,” the insider added.

Still, there might be hope yet. According to some sources who reported to People magazine, a reconciliation is highly possible. These sources have it that the couple is just in a much-needed break right now because of all their disagreements. However, according to the sources, “they both agreed it’s better to spend time apart, but this doesn’t mean their relationship is completely over. There is absolutely hope that they will get back together again.”
