Liam Hemsworth Allegedly Leaning On Jennifer Lawrence After Miley Cyrus Split

Liam Hemsworth is said to be leaning on Jennifer Lawrence after his split from Miley Cyrus. The actor filed for divorce even though he and his wife initially decided that it will just be a temporary separation.

“They’re having a break right now because they needed it,” a source told People. “It was a bad situation with a lot of disagreements and they both agreed it’s better to spend time apart, but this doesn’t mean their relationship is completely over.”

Just days after this statement came out, Hemsworth and Cyrus appeared to be over for good. TMZ reported that it was the 29-year-old actor who pulled the plug as he filed for divorce. In the legal documents that were filed in Los Angeles’s Family Court, he cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the breakup.

What pushed Hemsworth to seek divorce was the incident where Cyrus was photographed having passionate moments with Kaitlynn Carter, who recently broke up with her husband, Brody Jenner. The two women locked lips, and the pics are enough for the actor to realize that they can’t be together anymore.

“Even though Miley and Liam were separated for a while before she was photographed making out on the yacht with Kaitlynn, once Liam saw those photos he decided it was time to file for divorce,” the insider told E! News. “That was it for him, seeing those photos and then all the Soho House stories thereafter.”

Now with the breakup, Hemsworth was said to have someone helping him get through his heartache, and NW magazine pointed at Lawrence. The report stated that the “Hunger Games” co-stars have been texting and constantly talking to each other via late-night phone calls to ease the actor’s pain.

A source alleged that there’s always been a spark between the two actors, so they have gotten closer fast since his split with Cyrus. The actress reportedly adores her former co-star, and it’s clear that he feels the same way. Thus, a romance may be starting for the pair. She’s now supposedly having second thoughts about marrying her fiance, Cooke Maroney.

However, Gossip Cop refuted this claim. Lawrence is not reconsidering her engagement to her art gallery director beau because of her recent reunion with Hemsworth. The publication contacted someone from Lawrence’s side and was told that the report is false.

The actress and Cyrus’ ex-husband have not gotten close, nor have they contacted each other after his split. Lawrence’s camp stressed that the actress is happily engaged to Maroney and is not ditching him for Hemsworth.
