It seems as though "Game of Thrones" Lena Headey is not so different from her on screen character of Cersei Lannister when it comes to fiercely protecting her children. The "Game of Thrones" star has claimed that her estranged husband, Peter Loughran, is too reckless to care for their son, Wylie Elliot.

According to TMZ, Heady has successfully blocked her ex-husband from taking their 2-year-old son to Ireland. This decision comes after Headey filed legal documents stating that Loughran cannot be trusted with their 2-year-old son and showcases dangerous behavior.

She also attached two photos along with the documents displaying Loughran posing with an AK-47 assault rifle. The photos were allegedly posted on Loughran's personal Facebook profile.

The English actress also stated that her ex-husband has a substantial problem with alcohol, citing an instance in which he had been driving drunk and his car drifted into oncoming traffic. Loughran denied that he had been consuming alcohol at the time.

The judge sided with the 39-year-old actress and refused Loughran's request to travel with Wylie to Ireland.

The two were married for five years before filing for divorce in 2012 from her musician/hairstylists husband.

As for Headey, she is a working mother. While she may not be the Queen of the Seven Kingdoms, it is hard to spend time with her son, but she makes it work.

While she is filming the HBO fantasy series in Northern Ireland she splits her time between there and Hollywood.

"My son is in LA. So every second I have, I go home. I fly between the two. Busily," she told the Huddersfield Examiner, her hometown paper.

For Headey, it seems she may want to take some tips from her on screen character during this raging custody battle and learn to be as fierce as a Lannister lion.
