Lena Headey, star of HBO's "Game of Thrones" is claiming that she is broke and is struggling to make ends meet. In legal documents obtained by TMZ, the actress has admitting to living completely on credit, stating that she has "less than $5 in her bank account."

Headey who plays Cersei Lannister on HBO's mega hit is one of the top-billed actresses in TV, although she is pleading for at least $6,000 to support herself and 2-year-old son, Wyllie. She is begging a judge for a portion of her and ex-husband, Peter Loughran, tax refund from 2011.

The couple's tax refund from 2011 totals $46,000, which technically could be confiscated as community property, although Headey isn't the only one attempting to get a piece of the money, her ex-husband also filed a request for the refund.

The judge apparently threw out both requests made by both Headey and Loughran, so it is unclear if she will be receiving any money from the refund.

Headey's financial struggles are caused due to her divorce in Loughran filed in July of 2012, in the legal document filed by the actress, she did admit that she's expecting to receive acting income in the future, but right now she needs money to make ends meet for her and her son.
