For those "Legend of Korra" fans aching for new episodes will have to settle with repeats this Friday July 4th. Korra will be skipping new episodes for Independence Day! But don't worry, when it does return there will be not one but two brand new episodes to watch. That's right two episodes! Nickelodeon recently announced that it would be airing two episodes of "The Legend of Korra" starting July 11. Since we know you'll be salivating for new episodes here a few spoilers to hold you over until next Friday. **SPOILER ALERT! DO NOT READ ANY FURTHER IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN!
For some this may not be a spoiler, especially if you seen the episode online when MundoNick accidentally leaked a handful of episodes. Anyway, episode four titled "In Harm's Way" synopsis reads: "After discovering that the Earth Queen is forcing all the airbenders in Ba Sing Se to join her army, Korra makes a plan to bust them out."
The episode starts off with a confrontation between Zuko, Combustion Woman and the rest of escaped prisoners. We won't tell you who wins but know there will lots of exciting bending. Mako and Bolin finally rejoin team Avatar and let them in on the Earth Queen's secret. Even more we get more details regarding the Earth Queens hidden agenda. As for episode five "The Metal Clan" Avatar Wiki has the synopsis as: "Korra's quest leads her and her friends to the metal city of Zaofu." Not going get into too much detail about this episode but you should know that this is the episode where we finally get to know more about Lin Beifong's background, family and more. And a plus for "Avatar: The Last Airbender" fans we will get to know more about Toph and her adult life.
Episode four and five of "The Legend of Korra" will return to Nickelodoen Friday July 11 starting at 8 p.m. ET. Make sure to tune in and let us know what you think about season three of the series so far?
