'Legend Of Korra' Season 3 Release Date Is Friday, June 27: Watch 'A Breath of Fresh Air' Extended Sneak Preview Here [VIDEO]

Surprise, folks! "Legend of Korra Book Three: Change" will debut Friday, June 27th at 7:00 p.m. EDT on Nickelodeon. The first two episodes of Book Three will air back to back in a one-hour special followed by a special sneak preview of the third episode, "The Earth Queen." However, "Legend of Korra Book Three" will then go on a short break for the July 4 holiday and resume on Friday, July 11.

"Legend of Korra" Season 3 episode 1 is "A Breath of Fresh Air." Following the Harmonic Convergence, Korra finds out her decision to leave the spirit portals open has caused unexpected consequences. Now, wild spirit vines have overgrown Republic City and Airbenders are suddenly appearing across the four nations.

In "Legend of Korra" Season 3 episode 2 "Rebirth of a Nation," Avatars Korra and Tenzin search for the Airbenders in hopes to rebuild the Air Nation. However, a group of criminals are looking to hunt down the Avatars.

A special preview of the first episode of "Legend of Korra Book 3: Change," has been released. In this video clip from "A Breath of Fresh Air," Korra tries to clear away the spirit vines that paralyzed Republic City. What's more, an extended version also reveals that Bumi has inherited the ability to airbend after all!
