After a week and a half on the road to South Carolina, Mexican singer Larry Hernández finally arrived to Newberry and faced the Judge after being charged with kidnapping, third degree assault and battery by mob.
According to sources, Hernández arrived to Newberry around 6:40 am on Friday. His girlfriend, Kenia Ontiveros, and his mother, Manuela Ceniceros, arrived to South Carolina on Thursday and were the first ones to arrive at the prison this morning.
Even though it was previously mentioned that Hernández would have 24 hours to himself before meeting with the Judge, at around 11:00 am he walked into the room to hear the Judge’s final decision: $200, 000 bail.
After paying such bail, there will be some regulations Hernández will have to follow. He is entitled to travel back to his home in California but he is not allowed to leave the country. Once in California, he will have to head to the Los Angeles County to notify his return and will be submitted to local legal processes.
The charges have not yet been dismissed, Larry will have to contribute to the authorities and attend every meeting or hearing for the next months and until the day of his next court appearance on December 31, 2015.
“El Gordo y La Flaca” reported that Larry was on his way to pay his bail and he will be a free man in about an hour.
