Lambda García, Polo Morín Breakup: Mauricio Mejía Cause Of Split?

Lambda García and Polo Morín were reportedly in a relationship for three years. The couple of actors had been together in secrecy as neither of them are openly gay. Their situation changed when photos of the pair leaked online and they were forced to talk about their status. Morín went to morning show "Hoy" to confirm that the pictures were authentic, although he never acknowledged his sexual preferences stating he doesn't like labels.

Now, tabloid magazine TVNotas is reporting that the couple split because there was a third person involved. Turns out that the infidelity was allegedly from Lambda with actor Mauricio Mejía, who is openly gay. A source close to the couple said that Morín and García not only broke up because of the cheating, but also because Morín pretended to have been hacked and leaked the pictures online.

The tipster also adds that Lambda and Mauricio didn't evolve into something else because the latter lives in Chicago and in a relationship. But Mejía has debunked the story and is calling the magazine out for spreading lies.

"The story is false", he said in a statement posted on his Instagram account. "I consider that to make these kinds of statements you have to show proof before defaming someone. I am profoundly embarrassed that this has gone public, with lies and defamation to sell a magazine."
