Star couple Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom might get another sibling for their one-year-old daughter, Daisy.
A source told Entertainment Tonight that the “Roar” singer and her fiancé are so happy, doing very well as a couple and want to "expand their family." The source added that the two are "super supportive of each other's careers and love parenting together."
The 37-year-old singer and Bloom, 44, picked Valentine’s Day 2019 as the day of their engagement. They had plans of walking down the aisle in early 2020, but had to put a pause on it due to the coronavirus pandemic. In August 2020, they welcomed Daisy. Bloom also has a 11-year-old son, Flynn, whom he shares with his former wife Miranda Kerr.
Meanwhile, Perry and the actor looked totally in love when they celebrated New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas. Perry posted some shots from the celebrations on Instagram, and wrote, “We like to #PLAY hard/ party hard." The “California Girls” singer posted several photographs that show her and Bloom embracing each other.
Last month, Perry told E! News about how her fiancé helped in picking out concert outfits before her Las Vegas residency "Katy Perry: PLAY," which started on Dec. 29, 2021. The singer said that she and Bloom talked about the costumes and the make-up. She shared that sometimes when she is going to a fitting, he would ask her for notes. She found the whole activity to be fun, and she said that the two tell each other the truth about what to wear and what not to wear.
Perry often gushes over her fiancé. Last September, Perry said that she thinks behind every great woman is a great man, and called Bloom "an ally," whom she loves. She said that "The Lord of the Rings" star handles "my crazy really well."
At Variety's Power of Women event in September 2021, while accepting an award, she spoke about her family, reported Entertainment Tonight. She thanked her "beloved partner and constant iron sharpener" for handling the "insanity of my life with such loving grace." She also described Bloom as an "incredible father," and called their daughter their "greatest gift ever."
