Kate Middleton is rumored to be pregnant with her fourth child. And a recent photo of the Duchess of Cambridge seemingly confirmed the public’s speculation.

In the snap, Prince William’s wife is carrying Prince Louis in her arms. Kate is wearing a beautiful red dress, and her abdomen looks much bigger than usual. But it should be noted that the mom-of-three’s back is bent backward while carrying her adorable son.

A second picture shows Kate still carrying her 1-year-old son. But this time around, she’s talking to her two older children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Once again, the Duchess of Cambridge seems to be sporting a growing baby bump in the snap.

An unnamed source recently claimed that Kate will most likely be putting off a pregnancy announcement until after she reaches the 12-week mark of her pregnancy. And there are also some speculations suggesting that Kate will tell Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip about the happy news once she heads to Balmoral for a quick vacation with the other royals.

However, these kinds of rumors should be taken with a grain of salt. One publication also said that rumors regarding Kate Middleton’s alleged pregnancy should not be believed immediately unless it comes straight from the royal family.

After Meghan Markle gave birth to Archie Harrison on May 6, rumors swirled that Kate caught the so-called baby fever after she met her nephew. During a recent interview with The Sun, royal expert Phil Dampier said that Kate also wants a fourth child in order to escape from her royal duties.

“It wouldn’t surprise me if they had a fourth child,” he said. “Not only does she love life in Norfolk, to be honest it gives her an excuse to not be at the forefront of royal duties for a bit longer, which I don’t think she enjoys. I think Kate’s been interacting with the public and doing very well recently, but from what I’m told she’d rather be at home with the children,” he added.

Dampier also said that Kate and Prince William want their fourth child to be a girl. This way they will have two sons and two daughters.
