Jennifer Lopez's Latina Manicure Has Piercings, Gems And More

Singer-actress Jennifer Lopez loves giving new looks to her nails. Her latest one is a "Latina" manicure, which is more like a tribute to her roots.

Lopez, whose parents hail from Puerto Rico, loves a neutral manicure. According to Allure, at the end of May, the "Waiting For Tonight" singer had the most minimalist short neutral pink tips. Then days later, she went for a glazed donut manicure.

As for her latest manicure, it has gems, gold foils and piercings. Lopez posted three photos on Instagram which were close-ups of her face, but the spotlight was on her nails. The first photo showed her looking into the camera with her middle fingernail placed between her teeth.

The look was created by her nail artist Tom Bachik. He created the nude manicure by using Aprés Gel X Maisie Natural Coffin Tips. They were a pale pink color. Earlier this month, Bachik shared a close-up of the nails. He had hand-painted the word "Latina" in a gothic font on her index finger. He had also added gold foil flakes to the nails.

Each middle fingertip was pierced with gold rings. Bachik added a photo of The Virgin Mary with gold accents on one nail. On the other clear tip, he put a heart with a sword going through its center. The manicure also had gold stars, a cross and small silver gems.

Meanwhile, the 53-year-old singer was recently spotted with her husband Ben Affleck and his 17-year-old daughter, Violet, at a white party in the Hamptons, reported Page Six.

Lopez wore a white gown that tied in a bow at her. Her toned abs could be seen through a cutout along her waist. She wore her hair in high ponytail, and wore gold hoops.

She stayed close to Violet, who seemed to be at ease as she accompanied her father and his wife.

Lopez and Affleck blended their families after marrying last year. They have been open about how they have accepted each other's children as their own.

Affleck shares Violet, daughter Seraphina, 14, and son Samuel, 10, with his former wife and actress Jennifer Garner.

As for Lopez, she shares 15-year-old twins Emme and Max with her former husband and singer Marc Anthony.
