MTV's 'Teen Mom 2' star Jenelle Evans was arrested for multiple charges but the reality star is already tweeting less than twenty-four hours after her arrest.
Just 9 hours ago Jenelle Evans posted from her twitter account, @PBandJenelley_1, saying, "@iAmTooCold follow me and DM me please, want to talk to u and this is the only way."
The 'Teen Mom 2' star was arrested in Brunswick, North Carolina on Tuesday, Apr. 23 after officials discovered 12 bindles of heroin in her possession (A bindle is a small paper packet used for storing drugs). According to TMZ, the police were initially called to her home to investigate an alleged domestic dispute between Evans, 21, and her husband Courtland Rogers, 27.
But Evans' latest tussle with the law doesn't stop there. In court documents obtained by the site, Evans was also found to have several other illegal substances and drug paraphernalia in her possession, including prescription painkiller Percocet, plastic wrapping paper and a glass smoking pipe.
As for the assault charge, cops say Evans struck Rogers with a piece of furniture during a domestic dispute. Rogers was arrested too as well.
Cops say he assaulted Jenelle by "hitting her on the neck and striking her with a closed fist on her head."
Police say Rogers was also in possession of heroin with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute and drug paraphernalia. According to police, both Evans and Rogers denied possession of the heroin, which is why they were both charged.
21-year-old Evans was also served with a warrant for failing to pay child support.
Evan's legal woes are only added to a long list of charges and arrest. she tested positive for marijuana and opiates while on probation and she was also involved in a girl-on-girl brawl in 2011.
