A couple of personalities tied to the estate of the late Jeffery Epstein have been added as defendants by Attorney General Denise George based on new allegations that forced marriages for immigration fraud were done and using US territories to hide assets and more.

Attorney General Denise George announced that attorney Darren K. Indyke and accountant Richard Kahn were added as defendants in her January 2020 civil racketeering case as co-executors to the Epstein case. The new details were the latest in the controversies tied to the complicated financial web.

George explained that the addition of Indyke and Kahn was based on newly obtained information revealing their involvement as ‘captains’ of Epstein’s criminal enterprise. This includes their participation in virtually all of the business operations and financial activities of Epstein’s trafficking network – including forced marriages among Epstein victims to secure immigration status.

“During the latter part of his period, she was forced into an arranged marriage to another victim that was facilitated by Defendant/Co-Executor Indyke to prevent the other victim from being deported,” part of the complaint read.

The financer/ pedophile allegedly preferred people who spoke less. One of the victims was flown by Epstein and his partners from New York to Palm Beach to a private island countless times since 2004.

It was also singled out that there was a time when three American female victims were forced into marriage with foreign victims. They were threatened with reputational or bodily harm if they persisted or tried to opt-out of them, the suit said.

Lawyers for the Epstein estate responded to George, pointing out that neither Indyke nor Kahn had any involvement in the misconduct of Epstein.

“The Co-Executors of the Epstein Estate, Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn, categorically reject the allegations of misconduct made for the first time today by the Attorney General of the Virgin Islands regarding their purported roles in the so-called ‘Epstein Enterprise.’ The facts are clear: neither Mr. Indyke nor Mr. Kahn had any involvement in any misconduct by Mr. Epstein of any kind, at any time,” Daniel H. Weiner stated.

Finally, the legal counsel for the Epstein side said that the attorney general would best grant their requests to life liens placed on his two Virgin Island properties so they can be sold. The money from the potential sale can go into the Epstein Victims’ Compensation Program.
