Taiwanese singer, actor and professional race car driver, Jimmy Lin, has posted pictures of himself with what looks to be a legitimate Apple iPhone 6. However, according to MacRumors this could be a dummy phone.
Lin showcases the device next to the current-generation iPhone 5 and 5s, comparisons that have been seen in already. There are a few questionable features on his "iPhone 6" device. The first appears to be a non-functional yellow blank in the place of the rear flash. Another is the larger FaceTime camera hole plus there are no photos with the device actually being powered on. Check out some of the photos of Jimmy Lin with the device below:
This isn't the first time Lin has posted such pictures. Back in 2010 he shared of photo of himself with a mini iPad two years before the real thing manifested but actually turned out to be an iPhone 5 mockup. And just last year he posted a photo of himself with a knockoff iPhone 5c shell or dummy device before the real phone was revealed.
The 4.7-inch iPhone 6 is expected to release this fall around September or October with the larger 5.5-inch coming several months after. The device is said to feature not only a larger screen, but a slim bezel similar to the Samsung Galaxy S5 and HTC One M8.
