Manchester United legend Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly transferring a monthly figure close to €100,000 ($100,00) to long-time partner Georgina Rodriguez's bank account for "expenses and child care."
Ronaldo and Rodriguez are one of the most prominent couples worldwide, with millions of supporters and social media followers, both are earning massive amount of money from advertising campaigns. The famous influencer is reportedly receiving a total of €8,000 ($8,700) per month from brands in exchange for advertising their products, however, this is not her sole income.
According to the Spanish TV show "Viva La Vida," the five-time Ballon d'Or winner is allotting a monthly payment of close to €100,000 ($100,00) to Rodriguez, as the model is the one in charge of the kids while Ronaldo is away and on tour for his games.
Georgina has recently released a documentary series "I Am Georgina," where she spoke about her daily life and romantic relationship with the Portuguese footballer on Netflix, featuring her routine and how she is coping with being a mother, an entrepreneur, a partner and an influencer at the same time. The pair have been officially dating since 2017, and share a child together — Alana. Twins are also on the way.
The couple had their first child in late 2017, while Ronaldo has older children from surrogate mothers. Rodriguez has also become a stepmother to Ronaldo’s other children, Cristiano Jr, Eva and Mateo.
In the Spenish TV show, they traveled to Rodriguez's hometown, Jara, located in the Aragon province, where people revealed that she "didn't attend" her grandmother's funeral.
In January, Rodriguez's uncle, Jesus Hernandez, talked about his niece and her attitude towards her family. "She may feel ashamed of us and consider she's better than us because we don't live with her luxury," he told The Sun.
"I've never asked her for anything. She has only rung once or twice since I found out she was dating Ronaldo. I was in charge of providing for Georgina and her sister, buying them clothes, paying for their electricity and water. I did everything. Georgina was living with me during her teenage years until the day they sent my brother-in-law back to Argentina."
