Kate Middleton has already given birth to three children but has still managed to maintain a slim figure. In fact, it has been revealed that the Duchess of Cambridge wears size-6 clothing, and her waistline is just 24 inches.
A source told Daily Mail that Prince William’s wife is very active, and she’s also very sporty. More particularly, she enjoys skiing, running and playing hockey.
“Kate finds the time to run as often as possible when in Norfolk, sometimes with Charlotte in her buggy and their dog Lupo at her side,” a source said. Kate also incorporates planking to her workouts, which includes the normal front plank, the side plank and the prone skydive plank.
ABC News also claimed that Kate followed a strict diet before she married Prince William. It’s unclear if the mom of three is still adhering to the Dukan diet plan, which consists of eating low-carb dishes.
Dukan diet follows different steps that start off with the consumption of food that is high in protein. In the second stage, vegetables are included in the diet. And in the third stage, fruits and dairy are also consumed.
According to Woman’s World, the Duchess of Cambridge managed to stay in shape after giving birth to Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis by eating avocados, berries and porridge. Kate also cooks some of her meals at home to ensure that they’re healthy.
Daily Mail also claimed that Kate favors raw dishes like watermelon salads, goji berries, ceviche and more because they offer tons of health benefits. “Kate already has the perfect figure but her motivation is to achieve radiant skin,” a source said.
Meanwhile, during the mom of three’s royal engagement this week, Kate revealed that she sometimes cooks curry for Prince William and their kids. But to make sure that the royal youngsters would get to enjoy her curry, Kate prepares a less spicy version of the dish for them. But the 37-year-old royal also told fans that Princess Charlotte is good with heat, unlike her brothers.
