Gwen Stefani is rumored to be struggling to co-parent her three kids with her ex-husband, Gavin Rossdale. The couple split after a 10-year marriage a few years ago.
Following reports that Stefani and Rossdale are struggling to co-parent their children, Kingston, Zuma and Apollo, the returning coach on “The Voice” stepped out with her boyfriend, Blake Shelton, with her three kids. The five of them were photographed having a blast at a park.
Shelton and Stefani took the latter’s kids to Knott’s Berry Farm to celebrate Kingston’s 13th birthday. Stefani was photographed in her khaki-colored rain jacket, and Shelton donned his signature baseball hat and jeans. The couple also joined the kids on several rides during their short outing.
“The Voice” coaches first met each other when they judged on the hit NBC reality TV competition. At that time, Stefani was going through her divorce with Rossdale. Shelton was also divorcing Miranda Lambert in 2015. Shortly after their divorces were finalized, the couple announced that they were dating.
Shelton and Stefani’s relationship appears to be going strong. But the same cannot be said about Stefani and Rossdale. Reports have claimed that the former couple does not agree on how to raise their children. Stefani has also reportedly turned to Shelton for support.
A source also said that Stefani and Rossdale are no longer on speaking terms. The two just communicate with each other whenever it’s really necessary. But during a recent interview, Rossdale said that he just wants his ex-wife to be happy.
Meanwhile, Stefani made headlines this week after it was reported that she will be replacing long-time “The Voice” judge Adam Levine starting next season. According to TVLine, the dad of two felt that it was the right time to move on after being on “The Voice” for 16 seasons.
Page Six also reported that Levine was upset over the rule change on “The Voice” Season 16, wherein not all of the coaches could go into the live playoffs with the same number of contestants. Levine’s team was slashed in half, and he didn’t have anyone to compete from his group during the semifinals.
