Despite some technical problems with "Grand Theft Auto V," the video game has reached over $1 billion in sales in just three days! Rockstar

“Grand Theft Auto V” is experiencing some glitches and they are serious. Rockstar, the production company behind the world’s most expensive video game ever produced, is now advising players to stay away from garages in less they want their vehicle to vanish! Gasp! A vanishing vehicle in "GTA 5"?! It’s true, the developers are currently looking into the issue of disappearing cars, according to a post on Rockstar’s support website.

The post details specific issues that occurred after players upgraded and customized their car, and then completing a mission. The post states that this issue may occur “if you drive another character's personal vehicle." In order to avoid losing your car Rockstar suggests, for the time being, to avoid parking a car in a garage, driving one in a garage, or getting in a default vehicle when playing as a character other than the one you received the upgrades with. The suggestions from Rockstar come after multiple reports of players literally losing vehicles. The company is "looking into a fix to prevent this from occurring in the future."

More problems have plagued "GTA 5", users playing the game on older models of the Xbox 360 are now beginning to experience console crashes. The news was reported through "GTA" forums, and seems to be specifically affecting users playing "GTA 5" on Xbox 360 models manufactured or refurbished between 2006 and 2008. Players have attempted to fix the issue by purchasing external hard drives with even more available memory, but this has not solved the crashing console problem.

Polygon reported that a fix had been posted on a "GTA" forum. In the post, the user stated that he had initially experienced problems with his console crashing, but had fixed the problem through a series of steps. To avoid your Xbox 360 from crashing, the post instructed players to “delete all 'GTA 5' game data, clear the system cache three times, delete marketplace data from storage system items, unplug the console, and then install the game discs after the console restarts.” While we are yet to confirm if this purposed fixed actually works, it may be worth a try.
